A year in the Life

So i decided that since its the end of the year and everything i would actually make a post up here. I think only like one person reads its but i figured i would give a year in review

Lets start at the begining

Not much went on in the month of January, I lived at home in Orange and worked at Trader Joes. I did start my last semester at Fullerton College, that was cool

February was a bittersweet month. On Feb 6, I moved out of Orange and into a beautiful place in San Clemente. It was a wonderful fun filled house! However, 3 days after moving in, my grandfather, who was not doing very well , passed away. I miss him so much, but he is there with me in spirit.

March was a big month! I turned 21! It was so much fun! I think i celebrated for about a month... who am I kidding I am still celebrating. Also i got accepted at SDSU in March. So that is where I am going now. My major is Hospitality and Tourism.

About 2 years ago my dad passed down to me the 2001 Corolla. Since i have recieved this wonderful gift I have put many a miles on it. I have driven to Chicago and back in it, it has made many a trips to San Francisco, Interning in LA for 2 years put about 500 miles a week on it, and in April I was living in San Clemente, going to school in Fullerton, and working in Tustin, so about 100 miles a day go put on the car. So it was to no surprise that in April my car ate the dust. But it was ok, It was about time for my to purchase my very first car. With my mothers help, I purchased a 2007 Toyota Yaris! I love this car! It suits me perfect.

In June my family had a invasion of people from around the world. Our family friend Jim hosted an international waterpolo team. Since my parents had some extra rooms they hosted 3 of them. One from Serbia (who just left about a month ago) named Nikola, one from Hungary named Zoli, and one from Texas/ Russia named Arseni. Since we hosted 3 of them, my parents place became the place to hang out. There would be about 15 waterpolo players at our house every day eating cheese and sourcream, haha, it was good times. Also in the month of June I went to Iowa with my mom. We went for a family reunion. The highlight of my trip was the fact that my plane ran into a catering truck at the airport. It was entertaining.

July brought a very busy month. I was trying to keep the international kids entertained, by showing them all over California. I also took a 10 day trip to San Miguel Mexico. It was so beautiful! We got to stay at this nice kinda house that was above my aunts sisters house. Inland Mexico is amazing! I recommend that everyone go there at least once.

As the end of summer came, my international friends left. Some stayed throught the month of august. The ones that did, go to do all sorts of crazy stuff since waterpolo didnt get in the way with anything. We got to go to Disneyland, Wakeboarding, San Fran, and Beer Pong. Also in August i started school. It was my frist semester and SDSU. My intention was to live in San Clemente and commute 2 days a week. But i got a job at the book store at SDSU and found myself down there every day. Luckily I have the coolest Aunt and Uncle ever and they let me live with them. Jocie ( my roommate from San Clemente) was also cool about the situation, I do miss that apartment dearly.

Life in San Diego is amazing! I am lucky enought to have some cool friends down here. David, Carly, Juli, and Jackie (my cousins who live down here) have been nice enought to introduce me to some of their friends. I feel for the first time in almost 3 years I have a home down here in this city. School is so much fun, its got a laid back way to it. I won a music video award for one of my classes! It was a big deal.

It is now December and school is done. I am house sitting this week for my Aunt and Uncle while they enjoy Christmas in Florida. I am just sitting here pondering what next year will bring to me. I am taking off spring semester from SDSU, for I am taking a month long trip to South Africa. I will be staying with one of my international friends! I am so excited! Also it looks like my family will be continuing its tradition by going on a cruise next summer. It looks like we will be going to the greek isles. I am looking forward to it!

Well that was my year in revue. Just thought i would keep everyone updated!

Merry Christmas

Best Ending to a TV series

So i never watched this show at all, but i think this is the best ending to a tv series. It has so much closure for the audience.
